Workspace portfolio

Review risk, evidence freshness, ownership, and overdue work across the workspaces you are authorized to access.

Open Workspace portfolio to decide which system needs attention next. The view includes only workspaces available to your current identity; it does not combine unrelated tenants into a shared report.

Read the portfolio

For each workspace, inspect its latest review, evidence freshness, reviewed risk, ownership, overdue findings, and available history. Open the workspace to investigate the underlying evidence or take action.

The portfolio is a summary of retained observations. Check the measurement time and source scope before comparing systems. Different repository coverage or review ages can explain a difference in findings.

Turn a signal into an action

SignalNext step
No review or missing evidenceConnect a source and start a scoped audit
Stale evidence or failed accessInspect repository health, repair access, and refresh the review
Reviewed high impactOpen the finding and root-cause evidence, then coordinate remediation
Unassigned workAssign a member or preview the ownership policy
Overdue findingsReview the deadline, responsible owner, and recorded escalation
Unknown comparison historyEstablish a comparable baseline before claiming improvement

A workspace with no observed findings may still have missing coverage. An unknown trend remains unknown. The portfolio does not infer that risk improved simply because the latest review assessed fewer files.

Use repository reviews to establish comparable evidence and finding ownership to make the next action accountable.
